The whole codebase is documented in four layers — markdown for humans, SpringDoc in the application, OpenAPI for integration and MCP instrumentation — so any developer can pick up full context without tacit knowledge.
Load testing, observability and resilience are not a final phase. Multi-tenant segregation was validated under load before it was claimed.
